Block unwanted stuff's with Google SafeSearch filtering

No search Engines are 100% strictly filtered bu google has now added SafeSearch for efficient filtering as it applies the filtering for most of the Google domains.

As Google has aimed in full strict filtering it has also come for other options who opts for Moderate, Strict, No filtering where you have to be logged to lock Safesearch and it gets strictly filtered when you are looged in during the search.

Here it shows that SafeSearch is enabled by a logo on right side of your search results
